Tender & Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Tender & Contracts Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing technical and commercial tenders and contract documentation. This will include reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications received from clients, coordinating with internal teams to compile comprehensive bid proposals, analyzing competitor pricing and market conditions, and reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in working on Water/Wastewater Projects as a Contracts Engineer. They will also possess a good knowledge of FIDIC contracts models, change evaluation procedures, and administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to compile comprehensive bid proposals that meet client needs.
  • Analyze competitor pricing and market conditions to propose competitive bids.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions to protect the company's interests.
  • Monitor contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle and manage change orders and claims.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Contract Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in working on Water/Wastewater Projects as a Contracts Engineer.
  • Good knowledge of FIDIC contracts models, change evaluation procedures, and administrative procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
