Systems Integrations Engineering Manager

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Automobile) required for this position. Nationality is open to any candidates.

This role requires working remotely in the EMEA region.

Job Description

Your day will be filled with leading, mentoring, and hiring a team of software engineers.

  • Design and deliver engineering solutions using Go, Python, and open-source tools like Airbyte and Temporal.
  • Seek improvements to established processes, designs, and engineering solutions.
  • Partner with business customers to understand their data and integrations needs.

We are looking for:

  • A software developer with experience in Python.
  • Excellent understanding of integration patterns.
  • A hands-on engineering manager or team lead with experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate remotely with diverse team members and stakeholders, remaining motivated, productive, and organized in a fully remote environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 2-4 weeks per year.

Additionally, you may bring:

  • Experience as a software developer in a high-level language, preferably Go.
  • Experience in roles such as sales, finance, or operations.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
