The role of a Country Program Coordinator is to lead the implementation and coordination of initiatives in specific countries. This position requires strong leadership skills, cultural competence, and the ability to oversee day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute country-level programs that align with U.S. foreign policy objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with regional or headquarters teams to ensure program goals are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, civil society organizations, and private-sector partners.
  • Track program progress against timelines, budgets, and performance indicators.
  • Represent the program at local events and stakeholder meetings.

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher, along with significant experience in consulting and diplomatic engagements. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success.
