The Role

This is a key position that requires a strong background in facility management, with a focus on soft services such as cleaning, pest control, waste management, and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Assist in overseeing and managing all soft services operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.
  • Service Quality: Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train staff members to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Facility Management Industry.
  • Certifications: Certifications in facility management or related areas are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of soft services operations and industry standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, lead teams and motivate staff to achieve results.
