Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive safety and security protocols to safeguard guests, staff, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the full security and safety operational plan for the hotel's opening.
  • Liaise with local authorities to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Design and implement emergency response procedures, fire drills, and evacuation plans.
  • Oversee installation and setup of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
  • Recruit, train, and manage the security team in preparation for the hotel opening.
  • Assist in the development of departmental SOPs and training materials.
  • Collaborate with contractors and project teams to ensure site safety during pre-opening.
Requirements:

Our ideal candidate should have a proven track record in hotel security management or a related field, preferably in a pre-opening or international hotel environment.

  • Nationality: Omani
  • Strong understanding of local Omani security laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and crisis management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Certified in First Aid, Fire Safety, and Emergency Response (preferred)
