Safety Training Instructor

As a Safety Training Instructor, you will play a critical role in promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within our organization.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that meet industry standards and organizational requirements, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs and curricula that meet industry standards and organizational requirements.
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on various HSE topics, including workplace safety, risk management, emergency response, environmental sustainability, hazardous materials handling, and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Lead theoretical and practical training, using diverse instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Assess trainees' knowledge and skills through tests, drills, and evaluations to ensure competency in HSE practices.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, safety documents, and practical exercises.
- Continuously update training content to reflect changes in legislation, industry best practices, and emerging risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional capacity.
