The Procurement Specialist will support the Buyer in evaluating and determining the best suppliers, value, and delivery for goods and services. Key responsibilities include:

Purchase Support

  • Assist in identifying and obtaining the best products and services.
  • Create and track individual metrics.

Inventory Control

  • Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions to order materials, goods, and supplies.
  • Ensure purchase orders and invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.

Liaison with Vendors

  • Interact with suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Resolve supplier problems and discrepancies.
