About the Role

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to develop unique menus, collaborate with food and beverage experts, and stay abreast of industry trends in hospitality.

  • Create innovative dishes that showcase your expertise
  • Partner with the Food & Beverage Manager to determine menu pricing
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the hospitality sector
  • Maintain inventory levels and source supplies from authorized vendors
  • Oversee payroll management and resource allocation using flexible workforce strategies
  • Assist and direct kitchen staff in meal preparation and delivery
  • Establish performance standards for Stewarding, Kitchen, and Food & Beverage teams
  • E nsure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including HACCP standards
  • Promote new culinary techniques and present meals creatively
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A professional kitchen apprenticeship or equivalent culinary training
  • Effective communication skills in English; proven expertise in food preparation, presentation, and preservation
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP management systems and administrative work
  • Experience with Futurelog and food waste management systems is desirable
  • A Bachelor's Degree and/or Hotel Management degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
