Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned culinary expert to spearhead our kitchen operations.

  • Develop innovative, cuisine-relevant menus that stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to establish pricing strategies, monitor inventory, and procure supplies from vetted vendors.
  • Effectively manage payroll and resource allocation by implementing a flexible workforce model based on principles of multi-skilling and multi-tasking.
  • Direct kitchen staff in meal preparation, presentation, and delivery.
  • Establish and enforce performance standards for Stewarding and Food & Beverage to ensure highest hygiene standards, minimize equipment breakage, streamline resource flow, and optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, adhering to HACCP standards and procedures.
  • Identify and introduce new culinary techniques, prepare meals, and provide prep support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A professional kitchen apprenticeship or culinary training course, accompanied by at least 7 years' experience in high-quality establishments in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English communication and a proven track record of food preparation, presentation, and preservation knowledge is essential.
  • A strong understanding of the HACCP management system, administration work, and a Bachelor's Degree or Hotel Management degree are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
