Job Overview

A seasoned Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional is required to support a leading LNG project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing HSE systems, supervising contractors, and implementing HSE management systems on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and mitigate risks to the lowest reasonable level, documenting assessment processes and collaborating with contractors to implement prevention and mitigation measures.
  2. Monitor performance indicators and report status to the project team, performing internal audits and inspections as per schedule.
  3. Ensure contractors adhere to their HSE management system based on approved plans/procedures and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in HSE management, supervising contractors, and implementing HSE systems on-site.
  • Adequate experience advising contractors to achieve HSE key performance indicators.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating and executing HSE audits and inspections, monitoring close-out of findings.
  • Experience in setting up HSE training requirements, medical fitness to work systems, and medical infrastructure on construction sites.
  • Oman or Middle East experience is advantageous.
