We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Engineer to join our team. As a member of our Commercial Systems unit, you will play a critical role in developing engineering solutions for various business systems.

Job Description

As a Business Systems Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement business processes that drive efficiency and excellence across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical designs that meet those needs. Your expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems will enable you to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems
  • Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews
  • Learn Canonical business processes
  • Depending on your seniority, coach, mentor, and offer career development feedback
  • Develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional academic credentials, a strong background in computer science or a related field, and experience with business systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Additionally, you should possess excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path
  • Track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems
  • Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills
  • Result-oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments
