Data-Driven Marketing Strategist
SWATX is seeking a Data-Driven Marketing Strategist who adopts a data-centric approach to marketing initiatives. This strategic role is essential for creating impactful campaigns utilizing advanced data science methods. You will collaborate with data teams to design and execute marketing strategies that achieve business objectives and enhance customer engagement through data-driven decisions.

About the Role:
This position is responsible for leading the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels, aligning with customer insights and business goals. Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing analytical models to improve targeted marketing efforts and customer interactions.
  • Overseeing all campaign phases, from planning and creative development to execution, analysis, and reporting.
  • Using data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Coodinating with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing campaign management with a focus on data science.
  • Proven success in leading data-driven marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software.
  • Expertise in marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities for cross-team collaboration.
