Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts and execute impactful marketing campaigns. This role requires a proactive, data-driven professional who can drive product growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement effective marketing and branding strategies for our products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Perform in-depth market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
  • Be a hands-on leader who actively drives marketing initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring all activities are aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Leverage market research and customer insights to influence product development and strategy, ensuring our products meet market needs and stand out from the competition.
  • Develop compelling product messaging and positioning for different stages of the customer journey, from attracting new audiences to driving conversions and retaining customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar concentration is preferred.
  • At least six years of experience in the marketing field, with at least three years in a product marketing manager role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of big data, analytics platforms, and digital infrastructure is a bonus.
  • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, SEO, content marketing, and demand generation.
  • Experience using marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., monday.com, Wrike).
  • Product Management courses to deepen understanding of the product lifecycle.
  • Leadership courses to enhance team leadership and management skills.
