Indian Culinary Expert Required

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Indian culinary expert to join our team at a top-rated restaurant in Salalah, Oman.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Plan and create menus featuring traditional Indian dishes with a focus on quality, presentation, and taste.
    • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards, ensuring high levels of food safety.
    • Train and manage kitchen staff, including delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
    • Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
