Job Description
  • Provide essential support to the smooth operation of hospital services, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Transport equipment, medical records, meals, furniture, and linens as required, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Receive, sort, and deliver mail to various departments and wards, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all waste is collected and disposed of according to agreed standards, promoting a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, prioritizing patient and staff well-being.
  • Comply with established security procedures, safeguarding sensitive information and preventing unauthorized access.
  • Assist staff and patients in providing an exceptional standard of service, responding to their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
