We are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to lead our security team at Hafeet Rail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security policy development, risk assessment, and incident management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Comprehensive Security Policies: Create, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local laws and international standards.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct regular security risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities to implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Incident Management: Oversee and manage security incidents, ensuring swift and effective response to security breaches and emergencies.
  • Collaboration with Law Enforcement: Serve as the primary liaison with local/national law enforcement agencies, fostering collaborative efforts in protecting railway constructions and operations.

A Bachelor's degree in security management or a related field is required, accompanied by 8+ years of experience in security management within the transportation/infrastructure/rail industries.
