Job Description:

Platform Implementation Lead

The Platform Implementation Lead will oversee the setup and configuration of the Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring seamless integration with other tools and data sources. This includes developing data schema, managing data ingestion processes, and collaborating with IT stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation.

Data Management and Integration:

  • Design and manage customer data architecture within the AEP, supporting current and future business requirements.
  • Oversee data integration from various sources to create comprehensive and accurate customer profiles.

Customer Insights and Segmentation:

  • Create detailed customer segments and insights using the AEP, driving marketing personalization and targeting strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop strategies leveraging customer data for enhanced engagement.

Optimization and Innovation:

  • Evaluate and optimize platform setup, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.
  • Stay informed of updates and new features within the Adobe Experience Platform, providing recommendations for adoption.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure effective utilization of the AEP.
  • Act as primary point of contact for any platform-related queries or issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform and strong understanding of its capabilities and features.
  • Hands-on experience with data management, analytics tools, and marketing solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with related Adobe products such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Campaign is an advantage.
