About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Field Service Representative-Fluid Perf I. This entry-level position requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of fluid chemistry, separation equipment theory, and application. As a Field Service Representative-Fluid Perf I, you will work closely with fluids and equipment supervisors, technical professionals, and rig personnel to provide well site service to customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Under strict supervision, gain a better understanding of rig operations, company products, and services, including fluids, separation, and waste management technologies.

  2. Complete formal training program in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing, separation equipment theory and application, and learn to provide well site service to customers.

  3. Learn to operate, maintain, and optimize Baroid equipment, including testing, separation, and waste management equipment.

  4. Adequately prepare and track inventory of palletized and bulk products and equipment spares at the rig site based on the drilling program and anticipated conditions.

  5. Assist with interpreting results of routine and specialized testing to provide technical solutions.

  6. Assist in the operation of some separation and waste management equipment and have knowledge of how such equipment affects overall fluid performance.

  7. Comply with health, safety, and environment regulations in all aspects of job performance.

  8. Perform in a professional manner as a representative with clients.

  9. Maintain good working relationships with operator's representative and rig personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) or other related Bachelor's Degree program is required.

  • No previous work experience is required.
