We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical junior accountant to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data and preparing comprehensive balance sheets that accurately reflect the company's financial position.
  • Budget Development: Collaborating with management and staff to develop effective budgets that align with business objectives.
  • Operational Compliance: Maintaining strict adherence to organizational guidelines, procedures, and federal and state regulations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Account Discrepancies: Resolving account payable and receivable discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cash Management: Accurately processing daily cash, check, and credit card transactions, as well as tallying and filing invoices to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Crafting financial statements that conform to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards.
  • Audit Support: Providing support during financial and tax audits, general ledger preparation, and other related tasks.
  • Tax Compliance: Preparing income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements to meet regulatory compliance.
  • Financial Reporting: Developing and presenting monthly financial reports that include cash flow, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Closing Procedures: Executing end-of-month close procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
