Job Title: Skincare Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skincare Specialist to join our team at a Skin Clinic in Oman. As a Skincare Specialist, you will assist the Dermatologist in the diagnosis and treatment of various skin conditions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct chemical peels, facials, and laser treatments (non-ablative lasers) under the guidance of a Dermatologist/Cosmetologist.
  • Operate state-of-the-art machines such as HydraFacial, silk peel dermal fusion, clear and brilliant laser, carbon laser, forma by Inmode, and micro needling with precision and accuracy.
  • Assist in urgent situations and provide support to the doctor in case of cardiopulmonary resuscitation while maintaining calm and composure.
  • Provide customized services and treatment to patients, including preventive and therapeutic measures prescribed by a cosmetologist, to meet their individual needs and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols.
  • Ensure client care and safety are prioritized at all times, promoting a clean and hygienic working environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university or equivalent as per Oman Ministry of Health guidelines.
  • Diploma/Certificate in any skin care treatments like Cosmetology is an added advantage.
  • State-of-the-art/latest machine handling certificates are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of continuous work experience in dermatology and/or cosmetic/aesthetic dermatology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Pleasant personality with a smile and charismatic with a positive attitude.
  • Professional approach with impeccable integrity, dependability, and strong desire to work in a trust-based and team-driven environment.
