Head of Analytics

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our analytics efforts and drive business impact through data-driven insights. As Head of Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire analytics function, setting the vision and strategy, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data-driven solutions and ensure project delivery meets timelines and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of complex machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Bridge between technical teams and business units, effectively presenting key findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in analytics and data science, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning, data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying models into production and working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on developing talent.
