Retail Sales Associate

The Retail Sales Executive is accountable for maintaining a professional image of the store through excellent customer service and effective selling techniques.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- Establish solid relationships with customers and enhance their shopping experience by offering relevant products and services;
- Ensure the shop is clean and organized at all times and maintain awareness of all products and promotions;
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and participate in stock receipt and management processes;
- Recognize security risks and respond promptly to maintain a safe working environment;
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including those related to payments, exchanges, and security practices;
- Participate in necessary trainings and maintain up-to-date knowledge and certifications;
- Foster a positive customer experience by addressing concerns efficiently and escalating issues when necessary.
A high school diploma or equivalent degree is required. A Bachelor's or Technical degree is preferred but not essential.
Working Conditions:This is a part-time position with an associate-level seniority.
