Job Summary:

  • Datacenter Manager with strong technical and operational expertise in managing core datacenter infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of all datacenter facility systems, including rectifiers and UPS systems, low and high voltage power distribution.
  • Lead shift operations and ensure round-the-clock availability of facility and technical staff.
  • Coordinate end-to-end datacenter operations, maintenance schedules, and emergency response plans.
  • Generate and maintain operational reports, incident logs, preventive maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
  • Liaise with customers for site visits, audits, technical queries, and SLA adherence.
  • Drive continuous improvement in datacenter operations with a focus on energy efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure systems and redundancy models.
  • Exercise strong leadership in shift planning, team coordination, and vendor management.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Proficiently prepare technical reports and operational dashboards.
  • Handle emergencies, incident management, and root cause analysis effectively.
