Job Title: HR Operations Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire onboarding process, including employment contracts, system setups, induction sessions, and documentation collection.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding Process Management: Manage the entire onboarding process, including employment contracts, system setups, induction sessions, and documentation collection.
- Offboarding Process Management: Manage employee separation processes, including clearance, final settlements, and offboarding documentation.
- Immigration Services: Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and ensure compliance with immigration regulations and labor laws.
- Payroll Coordination: Support monthly payroll processing by gathering and verifying attendance data, overtime, deductions, and ensuring accurate reporting to the finance team.
- Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain and update personnel files and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure HR practices are compliant with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly HR operations metrics.
- Other HR Operations: Assist in benefits administration, internal audits, HR projects, and continuous process improvements.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR operations role.
- Certification: Certification in HR is an advantage.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR operations processes, local labor laws, and immigration procedures.
- Payroll Experience: Experience with payroll processes and HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent).
- Soft Skills: High level of attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, and professional use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Preferred Qualification: Experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
Candidates with experience in the telecom and ISP industries are preferred.
