Logistics Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to ensure the availability of materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate transportation and distribution of goods, equipment, and personnel, utilizing various modes to support exploration, production, refining, and distribution activities.
  • Oversee warehousing and inventory management, ensuring efficient storage and timely availability of materials and equipment.
  • Plan and execute logistics to support scope timelines and production targets, ensuring timely delivery of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all logistics activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • TA1 Logistics Certificate or equivalent.
  • HSE Leadership skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English language, both verbally and in writing.
Benefits:
  • 10+ years in logistics or supply chain management.
  • 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.

A strong understanding of supply chain optimization, logistics operations, and integration with procurement and contract management functions is essential for success in this role.
