The Painting Foreman plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of painting projects within the Oil & Gas industry. This position requires individuals with strong leadership skills, extensive experience in painting systems, and a deep understanding of safety standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising construction and maintenance activities related to painting, ensuring compliance with permit work systems, and overseeing site installations. A high level of technical knowledge is required, particularly in areas such as scaffolding and documentation.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 6+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with hands-on experience in painting systems. Additionally, they should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an ITI Certificate.

A key aspect of this position is ensuring the safe execution of painting projects. This includes adhering to safety standards, conducting regular risk assessments, and implementing corrective measures as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enabling them to effectively manage teams and navigate complex situations.

In terms of qualifications, the successful candidate should hold a secondary school diploma (Vocational), an Intermediate School certification, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. They should also possess relevant ITI certification.
