Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Inspector / Blasting and Painting Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will lead and supervise blasting and painting crews, ensuring efficient operations and adhering to safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and hold a BGAS - 2/ NACE 2 certification.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise blasting and painting crews to ensure efficient operations
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
- Foster a team-oriented environment and provide coaching and mentorship to team members
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce adherence to safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety training sessions and audits to mitigate risks. Investigate any safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all blasting and painting work is performed to meet industry standards and project specifications. Conduct inspections of work completed and perform quality control checks on surface preparation and coating applications.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of blasting and painting equipment. Ensure all equipment is compliant with safety regulations and operational standards.

Requirements:
* 5-8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
* BGAS - 2/ NACE 2 certification
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
