SynopsisWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our team in developing innovative and effective advertising campaigns. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality work that meets the client's objectives.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of advertising principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of creatives, providing guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality work on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of creatives, providing guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborate with account management and other stakeholders to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest advertising trends and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising or a related field, preferably in a senior creative role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work that meets client objectives.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and practices, including creativity, strategy and production.
