We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Software Delivery Manager to lead our software development team in delivering high quality products and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing software delivery lifecycles, hands-on expertise with various software frameworks and tools, and familiarity with emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end software delivery processes from planning through to deployment and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, delivery timelines, and technical strategies.
  • Drive team performance through effective project management, mentorship, and agile best practices.
  • Maintain hands-on awareness of current software frameworks, development tools, and technologies.
  • Evaluate and incorporate AI, ML tools, and applications where applicable to enhance product capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress and address bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Champion best practices in software development, quality assurance, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CICD).
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience (10 years) in software delivery leadership with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in modern software development frameworks, e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, and tools, e.g., Git, Docker, Jenkins.
  • Experience managing agile development teams and using project management tools, e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with AI, ML platforms, frameworks, e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and their practical applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in DevOps culture practices and tools, including CICD pipelines, automation, containerization, infrastructure as code, and collaboration between development and operations teams.
