Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the infrastructure management.

This entails installing, maintaining and upgrading servers, firewalls, routers and switches as required and approved.

Ensure daily backups, system interfaces, server hardware and logs are in order.

Collaborate with the IT head to develop new projects.

Contribute to developing and implementing policies and procedures for enhancing IT services.

Mentor and monitor System Support Assistants to enable them to handle day-to-day troubleshooting and support effectively.

Assist in planning and maintaining the DSR setup as approved without disrupting the existing network load.

Ensure timely updates of patches and service packs as recommended by vendors.
