Main Responsibilities:

  • Innovation and Design: Develop and implement new ideas for desserts and pastries to stay ahead of customer trends.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all desserts and pastries meet high quality standards, both in terms of taste and appearance.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2–8 years of experience in pastry arts, focusing on croissants, pastries, and cookies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas for desserts and pastries.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
