Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts of our business. This includes generating leads, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data to inform marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation campaigns to increase sales revenue.
  • Manage customer relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to launch new products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a hospitality or travel industry setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in sales and marketing or hospitality management.
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish or Mandarin.
