Cleanliness Specialist

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation of our housekeeping department. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing exceptional service to guests by assisting them with special needs and requirements.
2. Ensuring that supply wheel trolleys are fully stocked with required room supplies for each shift.
3. Replacing supplies in rooms, including stationery folders, host supplies, compendiums, hotel brochures, and information regarding hotel services and facilities.
4. Removing furniture, curtains, and other fixtures that require repair, replacement, spotting, waxing, or cleaning.
5. Changing bed linen with clean bed sheets and pillowcases according to resort policy.
6. Caring for all details, style, and overall appearance of all areas.
7. Applying, using, and maintaining equipment with the utmost care and being responsible for it.
8. Upholding Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.

You will be expected to have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years' experience in a similar hotel operational setting. A hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred. You should also have a good understanding of scheduling work and knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and surfaces.
