Ship Operations Manager

The Ship Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vessels. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of maritime regulations and procedures.

Key responsibilities include coordinating tug operations, managing crew discipline, and participating in safety training. The Ship Operations Manager must also ensure that adequate resources are available to carry out activities onboard, such as cargo operations and ballast operations.

Additional responsibilities include supervising and assisting with tug maintenance, preparing operational reports, and participating in operational improvement exercises. A valid Seafarer Medical certificate and proficiency in basic safety training are essential requirements for this role.
