About the Role

The Mixology Professional will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Preparing the bar for service.
  • Checking bar stock and preparing orders for replenishing of supplies.
  • Serving drinks to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Assisting in service in other food and beverage outlets when required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a bartender.
  • Good knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.
  • A positive attitude, good communication, and team player.
