Senior Architect

As a senior architect, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design and implementation of architectural projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Review and approve architectural drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and codes.
    • Monitor on-site works to guarantee adherence to design and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with contractors and design consultants to address architectural issues.
    • Validate material samples and finishes to ensure they meet project requirements.
    • Cultivate effective communication with MEP, structural, and landscape disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and issue corrective actions as needed.
    • Resolve site conflicts through RFI responses and field adjustments.
    • Evaluate proposed design changes to assess their impact on aesthetics and functionality.
    • Support final inspection and handover processes, including snagging.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
    • A minimum of 10 years' experience, with 3+ years in theme or water park projects.
    • Excellent knowledge of international building codes and thematic design principles.
