Experience ManagerJob Description:

As an Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operational aspect of the spa to deliver exceptional experiences for guests. You will ensure that all services and products align with our brand standards and enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive spa operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities.
  • Manage and maintain efficient systems, processes, and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the Director of Wellness to ensure alignment on key initiatives and priorities.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these opportunities, driving continuous growth and development within the department.

You will possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Wellness, or Business Management, along with more than two years' experience in a similar hotel operational role. Your technical skills should include Advanced MS Office and familiarity with various hotel systems.
