As a Colleagues Accommodation Manager, you will play a key role in achieving this vision. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the efficient operation of the Host Heart of House areas, ensuring exceptional products and services are delivered within our brand operating standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the smooth operation of the Host Heart of House team, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes open communication and teamwork.
  • Support the Director of HR in rejuvenating the host accommodation, facilities, and public areas under your supervision.
  • Continuously assess amenities and facilities to remain relevant and aligned with Six Senses' wellness and sustainability practices.
  • Work in partnership with all relevant departments to ensure hosts' needs are determined and met, overseeing the overall smooth operation of the HOH team.
  • Administer all housekeeping and laundry facilities, ensuring a secure environment for all our hosts.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication between departments under your control and other departments within the resort to support the seamless running of the HOH areas.

Additional duties may be assigned by the Director of Human Resources and/or General Manager.

Requirements
  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and more than five years' experience in a similar hotel operational role, preferred.
  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English, and be able to live in a remote location for extended periods of time on single status.
