About the Role

Closing Gap is seeking a skilled
Scrum Master
to join our team in
Oman
. In this role, you will
drive Agile delivery
,
mentor cross-functional teams
, and
champion Scrum practices
to enhance productivity and delivery outcomes. You'll play a key role in ensuring collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all Agile ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions.

Collaborate with Product Owners for backlog prioritization and sprint forecasting.

Track velocity, monitor risks, and remove impediments proactively.

Coach teams on Agile principles, tools, and corporate standards.

Promote continuous improvement using metrics and feedback.

Support Agile tools such as
JIRA
,
Confluence
, and
Rally
.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of
Agile frameworks
(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Excellent facilitation, leadership, and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with
Agile tools
(JIRA, Confluence, Rally).

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with focus on delivery excellence

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, IT
, or related field.

5–8 years of total experience in Agile development.

3–5 years of proven experience as a
Scrum Master
.

Certifications preferred –
CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe
.

Experience in
Digital Banking or Financial Services
is a plus.
