Role Overview

As a Barista at La Cabra, you are the face of our café. You'll craft beautiful coffee drinks, engage with guests, and help create a welcoming, memorable experience that reflects our values.

Key Responsibilities


• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso, filter coffee, and other café beverages


• Deliver excellent customer service with warmth and professionalism


• Share knowledge about coffee and our menu with guests in a friendly way


• Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked


• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations


• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements


• Previous barista or hospitality experience (preferred, but not essential)


• Passion for specialty coffee and customer service


• Strong teamwork and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
