We are looking for an experienced barista to join our Arabic restaurant:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including Arabic coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following hygiene and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.
  • Manage daily stock of coffee, milk, and other bar items; report shortages to management.
  • Support the restaurant team during busy hours with beverage preparation and guest service.
  • Learn and promote the restaurant's Arabic-inspired beverage menu.
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2years experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation methods; experience with Arabic coffee and tea is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends or holidays if needed.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and passion for hospitality.
