Product Knowledge

To give an accurate information about all products.

To educate himself / herself about the culture and the history of Splash.

Customer Service

Greet all customers promptly and courteously upon entering the stores.

Direct customer throughout the store or specific areas.

Satisfy the customer's needs, requests & queries.

Increase the customer base by adding more customers to the store.

Understand the return policy

Maintain a positive & cheerful attitude and cooperate with colleagues.

Apply all customer service standards as advised during training.

Operations

To report to work on time or to notify in advance if absent or late.

To be aware how to operate the cash tills.

To understand how to use and utilize the reports.

To use the correct procedures & basics in ordering, transferring of goods.

To practice proactive in safety consciousness at all times.

To practice security measures that help prevent theft.

Understand the policy of the lost & found procedures.

Housekeeping

To keep & maintain the section clean & neat

To keep & maintain the back store in proper state

To clean & maintain a well organized break area each day

To remove dusts & other dirt's from display area using soft brush

Inventory

To check the stock on a daily basis to ensure that all products are adequately stocked and available for customers.

To keep the featured merchandise prominently displayed.

To keep the store image by adhering to the guidelines as outlined by Store Manager/Visual Merchandising Manager.

لتنظيف وصيانة منطقة استراحة جيدة التنظيم كل يوم

لإزالة الغبار والأوساخ الأخرى من منطقة العرض باستخدام فرشاة ناعمة

عمليات الجرد

للتحقق من المخزون على أساس يومي للتأكد من أن جميع المنتجات مخزنة بشكل كاف ومتاحة للعملاء.

لإبقاء البضائع المميزة معروضة بشكل بارز.

للحفاظ على صورة المتجر بالالتزام بالمبادئ التوجيهية كما هو موضح من قبل مدير المتجر / إدارة التجارة المرئية.

للتحقق من المخزون على أساس يومي للتأكد من أن جميع المنتجات مخزنة بشكل كاف ومتاحة للعملاء.
