As an Applicant Support

Senior Associate

, your most important role is leading and motivating the Applicant Support team to ensure they're giving the most delightful customer experience possible.

You'll also be expected to know DataFlow Group's services and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of the Applicant Support team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of a comprehensive resolution and delightful experience to inquiring customers by driving positive change in service level, productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a large number of incoming chats and email inquiries, including callbacks.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure On-Time delivery and assure that services are Done Right.
  • Set goals, policies and best practices for the Applicant Care team.
  • Ensure employee happiness by working with Team Leaders to create strong connections with the whole team and utilize effective communication to help translate the mission of the DataFlow Group into meaningful and clear goals.
  • Device creative solutions to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Report back results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 TO 5 years of Operations experience in a BPO Setting is required for the position.
  • Experience in handling and communicating with different nationalities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
