Adnan and Company Law Firm (A&CO Law Firm), a distinguished Muscat-based legal practice renowned for its bilingual proficiency and premium service delivery, is actively seeking a highly motivated Legal Associate. This full-time, on-site position presents a compelling opportunity to contribute significantly to both the firm's esteemed Litigation and Corporate departments.

The Legal Associate will be instrumental in conducting in-depth legal research, meticulously preparing contracts, drafting persuasive motions, court statements, and legal memorandums, as well as representing clients effectively in judicial proceedings.

Furthermore, the role involves engagement with corporate matters, including but not limited to company registration, managing amendments to company structures, and expertly negotiating share sale agreements. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced legal professionals, reporting to a senior litigation associate or executive manager.

Qualifications:

*  A Bachelor's degree in Law or a closely related discipline.

*  A minimum of two years of substantive experience in Omani litigation.

*  Demonstrated familiarity with corporate law principles.

*  Proven experience within the Omani litigation jurisdiction.

*  Proficiency in legal research, contract review, and the extraction of legal meaning from complex documents.
