The Legal Associate will be instrumental in conducting in-depth legal research, meticulously preparing contracts, drafting persuasive motions, court statements, and legal memorandums, as well as representing clients effectively in judicial proceedings.

Furthermore, the role involves engagement with corporate matters, including but not limited to company registration, managing amendments to company structures, and expertly negotiating share sale agreements.
