Role & responsibilities

  • Manage daily calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize meetings.
  • Screen and manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO/MD.
  • Maintain filing systems and confidential records.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Production, Quality, Sales, Procurement) and external stakeholders.
  • Follow up for Weekly /Monthly /Yearly MIS and follow up with departments
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Preferred candidate profile

The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This includes managing schedules, communications, travel, reports, and coordination between departments. A basic understanding of industrial manufacturing operations, especially wire drawing, is highly desirable.
