AutoCAD Draftsmen for ELV and MEP

We are looking to hire two skilled AutoCAD Draftsmen to join our engineering and projects team. The ideal candidates must have strong technical drafting capability, attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate drawings as per project requirements and industry standards.

Both roles involve coordination with project engineers, site teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation.

1. Position: AutoCAD Draftsman – ELV Systems

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, Structured Cabling, Gate Barriers, Intercoms, and other ELV systems.
  • Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, and layouts as per project specifications.
  • Coordinate with ELV Engineers for drawing revisions, material take-offs, and technical submissions.
  • Ensure drawings comply with local authority standards and client requirements.
  • Maintain drawing logs, documentation, and version control.

2. Position: AutoCAD Draftsman – MEP (HVAC Focus)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for MEP services, primarily HVAC ducting layouts, piping, chillers, VRF systems, exhaust systems, and associated mechanical works.
  • Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, as-built drawings, and technical schematics as per project requirements.
  • Coordinate with Mechanical Engineers for clash detection, layout adjustments, and technical submissions.
  • Ensure all drawings align with relevant MEP standards, building codes, and consultant specifications.
  • Support project engineers with quantity take-offs and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile

Position 1

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting ELV systems.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with ELV standards and symbols.
  • Understanding of low-voltage installation practices and site coordination.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and consistency.

Position 2

  • Minimum 3–5 years of drafting experience in MEP/HVAC projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, with knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical layouts.
  • Familiarity with MEP coordination drawings and site execution requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
