Role & responsibilities

  1. Drawing Preparation

  2. Create detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.

  3. Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and details based on sketches or design instructions.

  4. Coordination with Engineers & Architects

  5. Work closely with civil engineers, architects, and site teams.

  6. Revise drawings as per design changes or client feedback.

  7. As-Built Drawings

  8. Update As-Built" drawings after project completion to reflect final construction details.

  9. Quantity Take-Off Support

  10. Assist engineers in measuring quantities from drawings for estimation and billing.

  11. Documentation & Filing

  12. Maintain drawing records, revisions, and document control.

  13. Ensure that only approved drawings are issued to the site.

  14. Site Coordination

  15. Visit sites (if required) to verify measurements and support layout work.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Must have experience in Civil, Industrial and Commercial Building

Gulf Experience is Mandatory
