Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Expert with proven experience in designing mobile-first digital banking and fintech solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, design excellence, and user research expertise to craft seamless and engaging customer journeys. This role requires deep knowledge of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and mobile application design with the ability to lead projects from concept to execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Journey Design
   : Create intuitive, end-to-end mobile banking experiences, from onboarding to transactions, ensuring simplicity, accessibility, and trust at every step.
2. User Research & Insights
   : Conduct research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to uncover pain points, user behaviors, and opportunities for experience improvement.
3. Wireframing & Prototyping
   : Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows that bring ideas to life, testing concepts iteratively and incorporating user feedback.
4. Visual & Interaction Design
   : Deliver pixel-perfect, mobile-first, responsive designs that align with brand identity, accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA), and cross-platform consistency.
5. Collaboration
   : Partner with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
6. Usability & Accessibility
   : Ensure that all mobile banking experiences are inclusive, intuitive, and optimized for various devices, with a strong focus on accessibility.
7. Innovation & Trends
   : Stay at the forefront of emerging design tools, methodologies, and fintech trends, applying innovative approaches to enhance the customer experience.
8. Design Governance
   : Contribute to design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within mobile banking or fintech.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in mobile-first application design and crafting seamless digital customer journeys.
4. Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin, Axure, Framer (or similar).
5. In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, design systems, and accessibility standards.
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present design decisions backed by research and data.
7. Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on design execution, adapting to fast-paced agile environments.

Preferred Experience

1. Prior experience designing digital banking, payment solutions, or fintech applications.
2. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working within multidisciplinary teams.
3. Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and designing for emerging technologies (e.g., biometrics, AI-driven personalization).
