Branding & Graphic Designer Specialist

We are a fast-growing company in the functional food and clean beauty sectors, operating multiple brands in Oman and UAE. Our products are natural, and ethically made. We are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual who can take full ownership of our visual identity, packaging, and online presence.

Your Role Will Combine Two Key Areas:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand identity across multiple product lines (food & skincare).
  • Design packaging, labels, and marketing materials for retail and digital channels.
  • Create social media posts, videos, and reels using both traditional and AI-powered tools.
  • Update and manage Shopify and other website content (banners, product photos, etc.).
  • Support marketing campaigns through innovative and visually consistent designs.
  • Stay updated with trends in AI, digital marketing, and branding.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong experience in branding, packaging design, and digital marketing assets.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, or Canva AI).
  • Experience with Shopify or similar CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of video editing and social media content creation.
  • Background in Marketing, Branding, or Graphic Design.
  • Based in Muscat, preferably on a family visa.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in graphic design, with a strong portfolio in food and skincare packaging
  • Mastery in graphic design software and new AI software.
  • Deep understanding of Shopify, e-commerce UX/UI, product page design, and funnel optimization
  • Creative, proactive, and data-driven with a strong aesthetic sense
  • Strong English communication skills. Arabic is a plus.
  • UAE and Oman experience is preferred
