Job Description:

We invite applications from experienced and passionate English Teachers to teach the Cambridge IGCSE, AS & A Level English Language and Literature. The role requires creativity, innovation, and commitment to helping students develop strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in English Language and Literature at IGCSE, AS & A Levels.
  • Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, assessments, and provide timely feedback.
  • Develop students' critical thinking, creative writing, and appreciation of literature.
  • Support learners in exam readiness, coursework, and independent study skills.
  • Contribute to literary clubs, debates, drama, and other enrichment activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and coordinators to support student progress.
  • Participate in school meetings, training, and professional development programs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in English / English Literature.
  • B.Ed. / PGCE / equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at Cambridge IGCSE / AS & A Levels.
  • Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Cambridge International Assessment standards.
